WASHINGTON, DC - Today, Senator Tim Kaine has endorsed Marcia Price, candidate for the House of Delegates - 95th district.   

“We need thoughtful energetic leaders who are focused on the concerns of the community they serve. The people of the 95th District work hard every day and deserve nothing less than a Delegate who will fight for their needs and concerns in Richmond.  I am confident Marcia Price is that person and that's why she has my full support,” stated Senator Kaine.

In response, Price commented, “From being the Mayor of Richmond to the Governor of Virginia, and now as a United States Senator, Sen. Kaine keeps the interests of his constituents at heart and knows what we need in the Commonwealth.  He is passionate and dedicated to finding solutions for those needs.  I thank him for his leadership and his support.”

Senator Tim Kaine currently serves in the United States Senate, served as the 70th Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and was Mayor of Richmond.
